resources –> transcript + quality but a lot of times the (over-)produced podcasts also have a huge budget, but the quality (at least in terms of the quantity of important or novel information delivered per minute) is quite low.

transcript –> more willing to be held accountable, more thought put into preparing and speaking, want to be discovered/think it will be useful to be discovered
