On March 21, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Committee released a document titled the Plan on Deepening Party and State Institutional Reform. Changes to the State Council and to the National People’s Congress have been summarized in previous posts.
Below, I summarize the remaining changes outlined in the document, concerning mostly party but also some state organizations. Please refer to state media for any updates.
